I am the first one to admire people that try to make a difference and we should differentiate the content from the form on this one. From a build point of view the site could have been build better as there is a design issue between pages, the accessibility version could have done with a bit more attention, a transcript or subtitle should have been made available and a synopsis of the chapter could have helped. I would also expect partnership with the like of Joost or Vuze to help reach more people.
