Autism: Carly's Cafe
Am glad someone finally done an experience that is emotionally involving in an Autism POV.
I wishes there was a little bit more interaction / footage and that a the end there was some explication on why Carly see thing like she does (Autistic people focus on details, can be overwhelm by too much sounds, light, people...). This would have helped educating people that might not want to read the book.

Bing Decode Jay-Z
Is it because Bing and Bling rhyme? Simple ARG / Offline even if I wonder how many people are still doing these things? At least it's a good use of the technology they are promoting. Nice hot/cold pointer to help the user too.

Penguin: Speaking to the past
A lovely campaign that could have been better with the help of a cover generator. This would have pushed submission as not everyone is a designer or has the tools to produce a great cover. Nevertheless is good little idea that carry on the love for the brand.

theplaceswelive

A beautiful site that let the image speak for themselves but not the people as it seems that they have been replaced by actors. I believe having the right soundtrack with subtitles would have been more powerful; nevertheless this should make you humble in this credit crunch time. http://www.theplaceswelive.com/

blogaholidayread.com

I arrived to late to get my free books, shame, as Penguin again shows his understanding of integrating marketing and how to engage his readers. Of course it's a bit of a gamble but more than likely the reviews will be positives as their target audience are probably brand advocate anyway. http://www.blogaholidayread.co.uk/

tate2tate.co.uk
A nice concept for a competition based on this London book sadly the site is too small to appreciate the drawings and there is to many option available to create the scenery. You can deleted the scenery in place, this could be a good thing to create your customise wallpaper but not great for the competition. A drag and drop technique should have been better. They are using Flickr to save the picture, this should be praised but I am not sure their audience is ready to go to this lenght to enter the competition. http://www.tate2tate.co.uk/

wetellstories.co.uk
Beautiful exercise in story telling using the web as a medium, from Google map to Twitter, blog and web forms so far. Penguin is embracing the web and its audience in some web crafted narratives. Google group effort but not enough 'Send to a friend' mechanic that could expand the audience. http://www.wetellstories.co.uk/
