Andrex Shea Butter
I tweeted last week about this one, but now my PC has been repaired and I can review it. Trying to not use body functions jokes or scatology references is going to be hard. So let's try: It's shit - Dam it could not help myself -. I really want to know how many people have purchased the knickers, what's next? Agent Provocateur and Tampax?
The best bit about it is that there is a link to Liz McClarnon website. http://www.andrexsheabutter.co.uk
Evian at Wimbledon
First impression of the site are good, tons of little animation making you think this is going to be a cool experience and then you click on a section and you are presented with the usual boring info, mini game and bios. A good effort with the Twitter but this is not enough to make this campaign shine am afraid. http://www.evianatwimbledon.com

This is why we pay our TV license and it's fun...it seems that the new trend is about live interaction. Listening to the guys looking after the installation gives it a personality too. This is art, try it...http://www.blastgetcreative.co.uk/
yorkshiretea
Not sure how much Yorkshire Tea drinkers are web addicts or will get the joke, but you have to admire them for trying to be different, come on you can even buy the LP. The AR is simple but managed to be interesting by using the product even if I don't think people are going to actually buy it to try. Perhaps a remix competition could have been thrown in the mix. http://www.yorkshiretea.co.uk/#/johns_cuppa/
taxi grand prix
A great campaign using new technology as it should be, the GPS shows you were your Taxis are in real time,Twitter give the human factor and the web let you control your team. Offline and online in synergy as it should be. The beauty of using the F1 races is that it encourages repeat entries, gives everyone a chance to win prize and reinforce the brand relationship with F1. Perfect http://taxigp.vodafone.co.uk

saleboulot
A fake site for sure but funny, if you get French humour, it's a shame that they did not go all the way and pushed for more suggestions. The content could have been better with for example a Sale Boulo CV help or some idea of remunerations based on skills.http://www.saleboulot.com

nikesportswearstories
Stop motions videos that demonstrate how Nike clothes fit in your life. The 4 stories managed to be broad enough to appeal to their target audience (sport, music, easy going, fashion). I actually wanted the videos to be longer and left a bit disappointed when I was done with the site but a straight link to the store make a good use of instant purchase. http://www.nikesportswearstories.com/

ftblive
The new band of Jack White is playing live in 2 weeks, on the web and on your mobile. I gather most people will still watch it online though. A minimal design that compliment the mashup of information, how more Web 2.0 can you get for a rock band? It's early days so the content is a bit light but they have at least employed a professional writer so it should be all good. http://ftblive.com/

prioritymail
Could this be the way for AR? where AR actually become useful instead of just a gimmick? It get a bit of use to and doesn't really work if you have a lot of items to put in the box as you end up with a game of Jenga on your desk but let's not complain it's a great tool. What's next? AR to test breasts and penis enlargement? can't wait... https://www.prioritymail.com/simulator.asp

Sometime the simple idea are the best, yes the interactivity is minimum, yes the nudity is purely for trying to go viral but it's perfect for their target audience. A mobile download of the viral video to share with your mate or a mobile coupon to try the beer could have finish this nicely.http://www.skinnyblonde.com.au/sixpack/
thebiglunch
I love the concept of the idea but it's a bit like the 1966 world cup, everyone refer to the 1977 Jubilee Street Parties but so far none of them have happen again. Today economic climate is similar to 77 but I don't think the community spirit is there anymore and laws are here to stop what could be a spontaneous event.. The site does provide all the info and help possible to make this happen but I haven't managed to found any "share this widgets" or Facebook application that could help getting people involve. Perhaps I am cynical, so England prove me wrong. http://thebiglunch.com/
rabbit-pet-shop
Sex still sell and the net is a safe place for advertiser to be a bit more risky, apparently the striptease video crashed the Ann Summers servers. The site is not great, badly designed, badly implemented and the green screen is terrible but hey you get a 10% discount just for visiting it. Perhaps a "what rabbit are you?" test would have been fun too? http://www.annsummersrabbits.com/rabbit-pet-shop/

gillette
Gillette has blades to sell so they are trying to make us think that we should shave everything and looks like babies. The site is nicely done but the interaction is none, considering what Lynx usually do for example. The layout of the site was perfect for easter eggs and the instruction videos should have been downloadable for mobiles so people could look at them in their bathroom. http://www.gillette.com/en-US/#/grooming/bodyshaving/en-us/

rowntrees-randoms
They did not have to think too much to get the campaign idea but they are giving away sweets on Facebook, doing some simple virals and have a competition on myspace, so everything is covered. The wallpaper generator should have a random button and the game is pointless but there is a few more random things to come. http://www.rowntrees-randoms.co.uk

spotthebull
Now in its third years the "spot the Bull" competition is still rocking, and this time in paper vison for no other reason that the tech team needed to justify the money spend; it was better in 2D. For a phone company taking 3 years to get this going on a mobile is terrible but the competition is still fun. I would have had a live streaming from the field instead of some photos and a Facebook integration where a message let your friends know the square you have just chosen. http://www.spotthebull.co.uk/
rubberduckzilla
Is this is clever marketing campaign or something that is far to out there for the audience to get? in the spirit of Banzai and probably Tango the campaign tries to appeal to a cooler audience. Sadly even if you give away thousand of branded rubber ducks this will not work as for a start the image of a rubber duck (even bad one) is over used and the AR games are fun for the first 30s and then frustrating. With no real viral element and, let's face it, a bad creative direction I don't think Oasis is going to increase its market share. This campaign is not for the male, just about for the women, the kids will love it but they drink Coke when their parents are not watching. http://www.rubberduckzilla.com/
