A Princesa e o Sapo
Simple design, simple interaction and a bit crap to be honest but the kids love it as you can send the video to your friends.

Mc Donald Avatar
Am sure the people from Pandora would hate the idea of Mc Donald but that's another story all together. Can't be bother to check it out just watch the demo to see what you have to do. Installing a plugging and printing is always a barrier to entry but as the film is so popular they are getting away with it. The mini "found the hidden objects" game is pretty poor but the VR site will get the fans exited even if you end up looking at the mini-map more than the main screen.

Cheestring World Tour
Ok I can draw a vehicle and drive it for a long long time on some roads and then what? I played the first 2 countries but I do not see any of the proper sharing mechanic that could make this interesting. Sending a link to a leaderboard really doesn't do it and after all what's the point? nothing to win. It would have been better to push the car's registration sharing mechanic. Still I am sure the kids will have fun playing with it, remind me of locoroco.com. http://www.cheestrings.co.uk/worldtourgame/
Peta: State of the Union
Sex sell what can I say? interesting enough there is no scrubbing option, so you do have to listen to it! http://www.peta.org/feat/stateoftheunion10/default.asp

My Space: Fan Video
Myspace lets you log in with Facebook connect, nice... the "put yourself in the picture" campaign is not new but the execution is slick and the artists reflect the audience. The fact that you can create your own mix makes it more interesting, good share options and you can even buy the tracks you are listening too. I nearly cried when Alicia Keys sang to me... http://www.myspace.com/fanvideo

50 Sound Lab
If it wasn't for 50 this campaign would not be featured here as it's the classic make a mix idea. The mixing option are limited even on the iphone. Granted Facebook connect is used but considering that Vitaminwater as over 1,000,000 fans, having only 1548 users tell me that perhaps 50's fans are not the target audience for the product. http://50soundlab.com/
Diamond Affairs
The classic fake site and reveal has sadly been done to death. It's a shame as the script for the movie could have been a great start for a Facebook app that could post fake relationship status and so on. http://www.diamond-affairs.com/

Cadbury Creme Egg

Cadbury has been taken over and this is what happen!
I am sure there is a good reason for this to happen but if you are running a campaign try to avoid this. 8)

Lego Click
At the heart of it, it's only an interesting way to display some content but not a practical one. It does won you over with the "remove" animation and it's nice to see the slide share mechanic implemented in this way. It's a shame you can not submit anything to it. The iphone app is worth trying. http://www.legoclick.com

Limmy: Biggest fan
Sometime you only need one punch line to make a cheap and viral campaign, sometime you just need the balls to do it. Of course this all come from http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=cNARJPNz2CA have fun... http://www.limmy.com/biggestfan/
Cadbury Creme Egg
Creme Egg Season: 1st Jan to 4th April? go and fuck yourself. I like the brand, I like the product but can marketing people stop trying to hijack period of the year please. Easter is not in January and Valentine is coming up before. So it's basically a treasure hunt: The number of points for each code is determined by the difficulty of finding the eggs – well hidden ones will have a higher value and easy to find eggs will have a lower value of points. The “easy category” with lower points to be gained will be found on banners across popular sites (for example the MSN platform), while the higher weighted Creme Egg codes are found on smaller sites (like specific blogs or niche sites). They could have made the all thing a bit more existing by creating a forum for people to post place where eggs where found. AR promo and Facebook shit quizz available soon. http://www.cremeegg.co.uk/how_to_play.aspx

Verbatim Monster
You not really creating a monster but you can have fun watching it fight. If you are in that kind of thing I would recommend downloading http://www.bbc.co.uk/cbbc/bamzooki/zookkit/ because to be number one you would have to go over 100.000 fights, I mean honestly who as the time?. I do admire the work done on this site and by looking at the number of robots it's seem an extremely popular site. Will you think Verbatim next time you are in the shop? I am not sure... http://www.verbatim.jp/senshuken/

Lynx: Keeping Keeley
Sometime I think Facebook is a way for agencies not have to worry about designing a website. These "Create your own adventure" interactive videos are well produce, will raise a few smile but are maybe a bit too long. You can loose anyway so give it a go if you need to see some cleavage. http://www.facebook.com/lynxeffectuk

Sorry for the lack of update recently but between the snow, heavy workload and some cold and flu going around the house I haven't had time to write anything. I hope to get back to normal next week. In the mean time go and play http://firstpersontetris.com/

Dress Us! Hot & Crowded
Apparently they done this for free and were not sponsored at all, if you believe them...anyway this is quite a fun way to browse though clothes, the problem is I think more men will do this than women for some reason.
